Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs (physical goods)

Chakradance pty ltd ships orders to postal addresses around the world.  Shipping costs inevitably vary from country to country, and from time to time, but for simplicity we charge a flat US$15 per order for handling & shipping worldwide.

Shipping Methods

We use Australia Post standard surface mail plus your own national postal service for our shipping, unless you explicitly instruct us otherwise and pay any extra costs.

Shipping Timeframe

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of the order being placed.  Please make sure to put your full and correct address at the time of purchase to enable fast and efficient delivery.  The initial despatch is at our risk - if it fails to arrive within 6 weeks we will re-send your order at no extra charge to you.  Depending on where in the world you live, and the reliability/risk profile of your national postal carrier, we might (at our sole discretion) do the same for a third attempt, in the unlikely event that the second shipment fails to arrive too.

Levies and Taxes

It is not possible, sadly, for us to keep abreast of the ever-changing taxation policies of every country in the world, so we regret that (outside of Australia) it has to be your responsibility, not ours, to pay any tax or levy that your government may choose to impose on your purchase from us.

Out of Stock

If an item is currently out-of-stock we will inform you, and give an approximate time of delivery or alternatively offer a refund or substitute item.  Please note that we cannot control third-party suppliers no longer stocking items.  In all cases, we promise to act fairly and responsibly.

Refunds Policy

Goods Arrived Damaged?

We will, of course, immediately replace or refund any goods or services bought by you from us and found to be defective.  Please make sure you contact us within 7 days of accepting delivery.

Have You Changed Your Mind?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind post-purchase.

Training Programs

In the case of training programs, we do not offer refunds post-purchase, as by that stage we have already committed resources to you and may have had to turn others away.  Nor do we offer refunds if you are unable, for whatever reason, to complete the training course - but please see the FAQs on our Facilitator Training page for more details about this. We cannot offer refunds if, on your submission of an unsatisfactory ‘demo’ video, we are unable to ‘pass’ you or offer you certification as an accredited Chakradance™ Facilitator.  We will, however, 'bend over backwards' to help you if we possibly can.
