The Chakradance™ Facilitator Affiliate Scheme (“The Scheme”) is a promotional program designed to reward existing Licensed Facilitators like you for promoting and recommending Chakradance™ Facilitator Training to your friends, clients, associates and contacts, by sharing in the net revenues of new Cert 1 Trainings sold via your referral, using personal affiliate codes issued to you by us.
These are the Terms and Conditions on which Chakradance Pty Ltd agrees to your participation in this Scheme, so long as you have met and continue to meet the Eligibility requirements.
“Chakradance” (“us”, “we”, “our”) means CHAKRADANCE PTY LTD (ACN 103 092 299), a company having its registered office at c/o Dryden Associates, Suite 4, 2 Balgownie Drive, Peregian Springs, QLD 4573 Australia.
“Collateral Material” means physical and/or digital material created to be used in connection with the promotion of Chakradance Facilitator Training.
“Document” means any medium containing data in machine readable form.
“In good standing” means your licence fees are up-to-date and you are not in breach of the Chakradance Facilitator Licence Agreement.
“Net Revenues” means money actually received by Chakradance pty ltd after taking account of any discounts or other promotional incentives and after deducting any refunds made under our 14-day money-back guarantee.
- THE SCHEME
Chakradance will pay you a Commission of 30% of all Net Revenues, calculated in US$, from sales of Cert 1 Facilitator Training to members of the public who use your personal Affiliate Code in purchasing the training.
In those rare instances where a member of the public has used more than one facilitator’s Affiliate Code in the process of purchasing the training, the last code used will apply.
Commission payments will be made 30 days after each qualifying sale.
To assist you in promoting the Cert 1 Training to your Contacts, we will run at least one ‘live’ Activation, led by Natalie, with a Special Offer on Cert 1 Training, for you to promote to your Contacts.
We will also provide you with a range of Collateral Material (swipe files of ads, social media posts, emails, video scripts, graphics, pdf files and other documents).
You may create your own additional Collateral to add your personal touch (indeed, we encourage you to do so) but you must not change or modify our ‘offer’ (features, benefits, prices) to the public, nor make any statements that you know, or should know, are likely to be in any way misleading or deceptive.
You must not misrepresent yourself, directly or by implication, as the owner or author or teacher of any Chakradance Facilitator Training programs.
You must be an Accredited and Licensed Chakradance Facilitator in good standing.
- RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTIES
4.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be deemed to create a relationship of employment, partnership or agency, or joint venture or fiduciary relationship between the parties.
4.2 Neither party has authority, nor may hold itself out as having authority, to enter into any agreement or arrangement which purports to bind the other party, or to incur any liability on behalf of the other party.
4.3 This Scheme is complementary to, but subservient to, the Facilitator Licence Agreement that already governs our relationship.
- USE OF CHAKRADANCE™ TRADE MARK
5.1 You must use our Trade Mark only in the form CHAKRADANCE™ or using the approved wordmark logo as supplied by us to you.
5.2 You must comply with Chakradance’s directions and policies in relation to your use of this Trade Mark, as notified by us to you from time to time.
