It is not possible, sadly, for us to keep abreast of the ever-changing taxation policies of every country in the world, so we regret that (outside of Australia) it has to be your responsibility, not ours, to pay any tax or levy that your government may choose to impose on your purchase from us.

TRAINING PROGRAMS

In the case of training programs, we do not offer refunds post-purchase, as by that stage we have already committed resources to you and may have had to turn others away.  Nor do we offer refunds if you are unable, for whatever reason, to complete the training course – but please see the FAQs on our Facilitator Training page for more details about this. We cannot offer refunds if, on your submission of an unsatisfactory ‘demo’ video, we are unable to ‘pass’ you or offer you certification as an accredited Chakradance™ Facilitator.  We will, however, ‘bend over backwards’ to help you if we possibly can.
