Chakradance™ Affiliate Partner Program
As a licensed Facilitator, you’re eligible to become a Chakradance™ Affiliate Partner — a wonderful opportunity to grow your Chakradance™ business while supporting our collective mission of changing the world, one dance at a time!
As an affiliate partner, you’ll promote selected Chakradance™ programs and earn a commission on each sale that comes through your unique referral link. We don’t expect (or want) pushy sales — simply share your passion for Chakradance™ in ways that feel natural to you: emails, social media, podcasts, videos, and more. You’ll receive a marketing toolkit to support your promotions.
⚠️Important:To receive affiliate credit and commission, all active facilitators must be registered as an affiliate — even if you’ve already trained, are licensed, or have referred people in the past. Your affiliate account is what allows our system to track your referral link and apply commissions correctly. Without an affiliate account, you will not receive credit.

WHAT YOU CAN PROMOTE
Facilitators can earn affiliate credit in two ways:
1. 7-Day Chakradance™ Challenge
Promote the free 7-Day Chakradance™ Challenge using your affiliate link. When someone joins through your link, they are linked to you in our system. If they later upgrade to VIP, you receive affiliate credit for that upgrade.
Note: There is no affiliate credit for joining the free Challenge — only for VIP upgrades.

2. Certificate One Facilitator Training
Promote Certificate One Discovery Events using your affiliate link.
When someone registers through your link, they are linked to you in our system. If they later purchase Certificate One Facilitator Training, you receive affiliate credit — even if they attend the Discovery Event first and purchase later.
💸 Earn 30% commission on Certificate One Training (at the value at time of purchase) 💸
🎯 IMPORTANT: You do not earn full credit on Cert 1 and 2 Bundle Purchases. The commission is only for the Cert 1 course. This means if your slug receives credit for a bundle purchase, you will be paid the referral on the singular Cert 1 purchase amount, not the discounted bundle amount. As an example, the current Ultra Earlybird Bundle is $3000. This would mean that both courses are being purchased for $1500 each. Instead of being paid 30% of $1500, you would be paid commission on the Ultra Earlybird Cert 1 course pricing of $1800.

HOW TRACKING WORKS
When someone clicks your affiliate link, the system tracks them for 365 days. If that person purchases a VIP Upgrade or Certificate One Training at any time during that window, you receive full affiliate credit — provided they used your link last.

Payouts & License Credits
- Affiliate earnings can be paid out once your balance reaches $100 USD
- Balances under $100 remain in your account and continue to accumulate
- You may apply your affiliate balance toward your annual Facilitator License renewal
- Payments are issued through PayPal — please provide the email associated with your PayPal account (this may differ from your Chakradance email)
- No earnings expire or disappear

What commission will I earn?
Our first Affiliate offer with you is for the Chakradance Facilitator Certificate One training, at 30% of the value of the training at the time of purchase.
How does my commission get paid?
You will be paid via Paypal and payment fulfillment can vary.You will need to provide an email that is connected to your Paypal account to expedite successful payments.
Our refund policy is a 14 day money back guarantee, so once this has been cleared and finalised, you will be eligible to receive your commission. If a refund is requested, this sale becomes void and no commission will be paid.
For referrals who register for training and pay in full in one payment, you are eligible for payment fulfillment in 30 days.
For referrals who register for the training and pay in installments, we must receive all payments before your referral payment will be fulfilled.
What happens if my contact registers with me and another Facilitator?
If you and another affiliate have the same referral person, the affiliate’s details that are entered last will receive the commission.
Do I have to be a Licensed Chakradance Facilitator to join the Affiliate Program?
Yes. For your Affiliate Application to be approved you must be a Licensed Chakradance Facilitator.
